This power vinyasa sequence is based on the Rocket Yoga Sequence. Moving through a fun and challenging sequence, we’ll work on standing balancing postures, core as well as a few different opportunities to go upside down. Tara guides us through a 20 minute power vinyasa, focusing on strengthening the muscles down the side of the waist (the obliques). Strengthening the obliques - helps stabilise the trunk, so hopefully helping to bring a bit more stability to your yoga practice. A short 20 minute flow to create heat and strength! Enjoy!
