Through fluid, mindful movements and restorative stretches, we will release physical tension and cultivate a sense of inner space.
Designed to settle the body and quiet the mind, preparing for stillness and deep relaxation as we gradually immerse into a blissful sound bath activating inner clarity and recovery
The event will be hosted on the first New Moon of 2026. Symbolically, this day offers a moment to turn inwards, planting seeds of intention while navigating the pull of our inner knowing (inner tide) serving as a compass guiding us towards our dreams
