A fun and challenging twisting flow - moving through lots of twists and creative transitions, working our way to Parivrtta Hasta Padangusthasana (twisting hand to foot pose). WITH MUSIC Level: Intimidate Intensity: 3.5/5 Time: 40 minutes Props: Optional blocks and yoga strap (or towel/belt etc)

We move through a fun and progressive eagle-focused flow, so repeating and building on to our sequence. We’ll play with lots of fun eagle variations, including a toe stand, and even a eagle-legged side crow if you wish! In this class we learn the power of slowing things down and resting. A restful practice - a mix of gentle movement, restorative poses and breathwork, all to calm the nervous system and switch us in to our rest and digest state. We use alternative nostril breathing and 4:6 breathing. Moving through this gentle practice, we think of each of the poses as a mini meditation, using various techniques, including the mantra ‘I give myself permission to rest’. We'll move forwards and backwards along the mat in this fun class, changing direction as we go - so as well as exercising our bodies, we'll exercise our brain power and coordination too in this class. Level: All Levels Intensity: 3/5 Time: 43 minutes Props: Optional Blocks

This class starts with a body scan meditation, bringing your awareness to your entire body. We then move through a fun and challenging vinyasa flow, working in to the hips, legs, shoulders and more. As we move through this class, we’ll bring our awareness and focus into the shoulders - working towards opening up and finding space whilst also building strength. Moving in to some binds, planks, and chest-openers - before eventually flipping things upside down and playing with inversions (optional). In this 40 minute class we fully warm-up and prepare the body and mind for our Grasshopper arm balance. We work on building upper body strength, finding movement through the spine with deeps twists, as well as opening the outer hips. This dynamic vinyasa class is preparing us for (our very best) Dancers Pose - we work on strengthening the back of our body, and at the same time open up the chest, shoulders and find movement through our spine.
