Intermediate Level

This class is designed to prepare the body for forearm stand (pincha mayurasana). We’ll work through a flow and some drills, to open the shoulders whilst also finding strength. If you wish to go upside down and play on your forearms, there will be time towards the end of this class. Level: All Levels (Forearm stand optional) Intensity: 4/5 Time: 30 minutes Props: 2 Blocks

A short, to the point, class. We start by switching on our stabilisers - core and glutes. We then work through a spicy sequence, shifting our weight between our feet and hands, as we flow and move together. Level: Intermediate Intensity: 4/5 Time: 24 minutes Props: Optional blocks

A fun and challenging twisting flow - moving through lots of twists and creative transitions, working our way to Parivrtta Hasta Padangusthasana (twisting hand to foot pose). WITH MUSIC Level: Intimidate Intensity: 3.5/5 Time: 40 minutes Props: Optional blocks and yoga strap (or towel/belt etc)

We move through a fun and progressive eagle-focused flow, so repeating and building on to our sequence. We’ll play with lots of fun eagle variations, including a toe stand, and even a eagle-legged side crow if you wish! A fun and challenging flow - we move through a sequence full of core work, twists and of course lots of opportunities to play on your hands with lots of arm balancing postures. Level: Intermediate Intensity: 5/5 Time: 35 minutes Props: 2 Yoga Blocks

In this fun and challenging sequence we move through some slightly more unusual and creative transitions and shapes. Finding new ways to move on our mat is really great for the brain, helping activate different parts of the brain that we don’t usually use in our go to movement. It is also great for the body - encouraging us to activate different muscles in the body, building strength and more body awareness. In this 40 minute class we fully warm-up and prepare the body and mind for our Grasshopper arm balance. We work on building upper body strength, finding movement through the spine with deeps twists, as well as opening the outer hips. This power vinyasa sequence is based on the Rocket Yoga Sequence. Moving through a fun and challenging sequence, we’ll work on standing balancing postures, core as well as a few different opportunities to go upside down. In this sequence we work on building the strength and flexibility needed for Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand). We work through strength and mobility drills, stretch and look at the different options available for the placement of the arms. Learn to kick-up to a wall, and maybe even find some air time in your Pincha. Have fun and be patient with yourself. Level: Intermediate Intensity: 4/5 Time: 30 minutes Props: 2 Blocks

Tara guides us through a vinyasa flow focused on finding Splits (Hanumanasana). Moving through a fun and challenging sequence, we’ll work on lengthening the back of the legs and also lengthening the front of the hips, as well as finding strength in these areas too. Intensity: 4/5 Time: 40 minutes Props: 2 Yoga Blocks and a Yoga Strap (small towel/belt)

Tara guides us through a 50 minute vinyasa flow, focused on Crow Pose! So expect lots of outer hip openers, upper body strengthening and lots of active shapes. With different options and version of the poses offered - this is a fun one for everyone. Level: All levels Intensity: 4/5 Time: 50 minutes Props: Two yoga blocks

In this progressive yoga flow we will stick with the same sequence, adding on and developing it each time, building up to slightly more advanced postures.
